Application Support Officer

We’re looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a government agency on a short-term contract, providing Level 2 support across key corporate business applications.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring applications remain reliable, secure and effective, while delivering a high standard of service to users.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Manage user access, permissions and application support requests
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support procedures
• Support application enhancements, changes and improvements
• Provide responsive, high-quality customer service in line with agreed SLAs

You’ll provide support across a range of corporate applications, including:

• SAP
• CRM
• eQMS
• DocuSign
• SharePoint
• Other business-critical applications as required
