• We are hiring an experienced Application Support professional with strong hands-on administration experience in Azure DevOps (ADO), Visual Studio, and GitHub.
• The role will support enterprise DevOps platforms, user access, repositories, subscriptions, governance, and day-to-day platform operations.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Administer Azure DevOps organizations, projects, teams and standard settings.
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, permissions and access requests.
• Administer Visual Studio subscriptions and IDE access.
• Support GitHub organization and repository governance.
• Manage Azure DevOps licenses, Marketplace extensions and configuration.
• Handle application/platform support tickets within agreed SLAs.
• Support security, governance, audit and compliance activities.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles and platform documentation.
• Work with engineering teams to resolve access, repository and DevOps platform issues.
