Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Application Support Specialist) to provide application support, troubleshoot system issues, manage user access, and assist in resolving incidents. The role will also support system configuration, documentation maintenance, and coordination with users to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Knowledge of accounting software or applications
• Up to 1 year of experience in SAP or similar enterprise systems
• Experience in helpdesk or application support is an advantage
• Experience troubleshooting system issues and managing user access
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to maintain accurate support documentation and coordinate incident resolution
