Job Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing to validate and verify developed solutions
• Monitoring & Reporting: Define and execute requirements for system reporting and automated alerting
• System Documentation: Assist in the architectural design, documentation, and ongoing upkeep of system processes
• Technical Analysis: Identify common sources of technical friction and provide strategic recommendations to the project team
• Risk Mitigation: Perform proactive risk management to minimize potential project disruptions
• Lifecycle Management: Develop and oversee comprehensive project documentation throughout the entire development lifecycle
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose and remediate application-level issues within established timelines
• User Support: Facilitate user training sessions and author technical support documentation
• Standardization: Develop and deploy best practices for ongoing application support
• Feedback Integration: Provide the development team with actionable insights to improve application functionality
• Problem Solving: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to eliminate recurring technical problems
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in and support initiatives aimed at process and product optimization
• Administrative Versatility: Execute additional tasks as designated by management to meet business needs

Job Requirements

• Academic Credentials: Minimum of a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience Level: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to submit their applications
• Language Proficiency: A professional command of the English language is essential
• Software Skills: High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Communication: Exceptional ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
