Application Support Specialist

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide professional support to users of our software applications, ensuring that user requests and application-related issues are properly understood, documented, resolved, or escalated to the appropriate teams.

In This Role, You Will

• Assist users with software application-related requests and provide appropriate solutions, instructions, or workarounds.
• Analyze, investigate, and reproduce reported application issues, documenting them clearly for technical teams.
• Escalate unresolved issues to development, QA, or other relevant teams, and follow up until resolution, keeping users informed.
• Maintain application-related documentation, FAQs, and support procedures.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving application support processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• University degree in Information Technologies (or a related IT field), Economics, E-Business, Management, or other related field.
• Previous experience in customer support, application support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of software applications and IT concepts, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Customer-oriented, responsible, willing to learn, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
