We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst with hands-on TechnologyOne expertise for an initial 6-month contract based in Werribee.

In this role, you will provide critical functional and technical support across enterprise modules, resolving incidents, customisation, managing user access, and assisting with continuous system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver level 2/3 application support for TechnologyOne systems (e.g., Financials, ECM, CiA).
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, escalating to vendors where required.
• Manage user permissions, security profiles, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimise workflows, reports, and configurations.
• Assist with testing system updates, fixes, and scheduled release deployments.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrated experience supporting TechnologyOne (OneCouncil experience highly regarded).
• Proven track record in level 2/3 application support within an enterprise environment (e.g., Local Government, Education, or Corporate).
• Strong incident triage, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear stakeholder communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Full Australian working rights.
