What they need
We are looking for an Applicaton Support Specialist with deep knowledge of supporting Technical Publication (TechPub) platforms.
The role requires eligibilty for SC/DV Clearance.
This is a hybrid role with min 3 days per week onsite in either Home Counties, South West or North West.
Package - up to 95k GBP.
Requirements:
- Document Publishing COTS Support ITIL/ITSM-L2/L3 support
- Exposure to multiple tools such as Boeing Spectrum Publisher Inmedius, RWS XPP, TrilogiView, TrilogiBuild, MediaWiki or similar
- 8+ years of experience
