Application System Engineer

(DMS - Sales & Aftersales)

**Work Location:**Manufacturing Plant in Chon Buri (WHA Eastern Seaboard2) / Silom complex in Bangkok

Responsibilities:

• System Modification/ Improvement: Be able to analyze and design the application function to match with business's requirement, create IT document and complete as schedule plan.
• Problem solving and improvement: Provide the technical support for the resolution of incidents and problems of application system to support the company business operation.
• Project implementation: To manage the project plan, developer resource, control the budget testing, UAT, deployment, and coordination with developers/ vendors for project implementation.
• Knowledge Improvement (Coaching/Internal trainer): Maintain system documentation, share knowledge, and support internal training when required.
• Perform daily application support, including incident handling, error analysis, troubleshooting, and bug fixing to ensure smooth business operations.
• Work closely with business users, developers, and vendors to analyze requirements, develop solutions, and deliver system enhancements.
• Provide ongoing technical and functional support for DMS applications covering Sales and Aftersales business processes.
• Support and maintain system interfaces and data integration with related applications, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Application Support, System Support, Business Analysis, or related IT roles.
• Experience with DMS, business applications, or related systems is preferred.
• Experience in the Automotive industry or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Experience in system implementation, enhancement, testing, or project coordination is preferred.
• Basic understanding of business processes, with knowledge of DMS, Sales, Aftersales, or Dealer Management being an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps, analyze root causes, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Understanding of SDLC, system integration, API/Web Services, testing, and application support.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with business users, IT teams, developers, and vendors; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication in English, both verbal and written
