Manage ATP project planning, resource coordination, progress tracking, and delivery. 推动产品从概念验证到量产导入的全流程开发。

Drive product development from concept validation through mass production transfer. 组织可行性研究、可靠性测试及数据分析工作。

Coordinate feasibility studies, reliability testing, and data analysis activities. 协调机械、电气、实验室及生产团队开展跨部门合作。

Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among mechanical, electrical, laboratory, and manufacturing teams. 持续优化ATP开发流程，提升开发效率和项目协同能力。

Continuously improve ATP processes and enhance development efficiency and collaboration. 为生产及售后团队提供技术支持，确保产品顺利导入和交付。

Provide technical support to production and service teams to ensure successful product launch and delivery. 任职要求 | Qualifications 本科及以上学历，机械、电气、工业工程、项目管理或相关工程专业。

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplines. 具备机械设计和电气设计的基础认知。

Possess fundamental knowledge of both mechanical and electrical design. 具备产品开发、工程开发或项目管理相关经验。

Experience in product development, engineering development, or project management is preferred. 能够跨部门沟通并有效协调内外部资源。

Demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills across functions and stakeholders. 具备良好的中英文沟通能力。

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
