Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize application workflows and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales activities by designing tailored technical solutions and delivering compelling product demonstrations.
• Provide expert customer support by troubleshooting technical issues related to enterprise software, cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and virtualization environments like VMware.
• Engage in solution sales efforts by creating detailed technical proposals, delivering persuasive presentations, and assisting in deal closing activities.
• Manage client relationships through proactive communication, understanding their needs, and delivering customized technical solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud to track opportunities, manage customer interactions, and support business development initiatives.
• Conduct analysis of client requirements to design scalable solutions involving Linux, Bash scripting (Unix shell), Python, and other technical tools; deliver product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, product management, and project management to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales engineering or solution consulting within a corporate or enterprise software environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), virtualization (VMware), and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash (Unix shell) for automation and process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to design complex solutions involving enterprise software integrations with CRM systems like Salesforce Cloud.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to translate client needs into effective technical solutions; experience delivering technical presentations and product demos.
• Effective communication skills for client engagement, pre-sales support, and internal collaboration across diverse teams.
• Experience in project management methodologies with a focus on solution delivery within a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sales processes including deal closing, business development within technology sectors, and customer relationship management strategies.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
