Applications Administrator

Overview:

First Capital Service Group is seeking a dynamic Applications Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate shall possess a background in the management of enterprise level software applications, and experience working with mobile, desktop, and online software packages. Emphasis shall be placed on utilizing and configuring tools and programs to their full potential. This individual shall be responsible for creating user accounts, resetting of passwords, installing applications on employee and company devices, and troubleshooting issues. Experience with some or all of the following would be considered an asset: Procore, Busybusy, Docket, Geotab, ToolWatch, Monday.com, Quickbooks Desktop, Yeti, Jobber, Buildium, CompanyCam. Some operational support may be required, such as running reports, inputting data, migrating data, scanning and attaching reports and documents, or creating summary packages for managers or clients. This individual shall take an active role in the training of employees and supervisors in the use of different applications, and investigating and recommending solutions to internal client needs. The Applications Administrator will act as the primary point of contact for application vendors, and shall hold responsibility for working with vendor representatives to ensure that all updates and add-ons are explored, and that internal clients are utilizing applications to best integrate with their operations.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full time, year-round position

Outdoor and indoor working sites, year round

Compensation

$24-28 per hour; Wage will be based on experience and certifications

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid Class G Driver’s License required
