Job Description What we do We make power design fun! With our innovative proprietary technology processes, we thrive on re-imagining and re-defining the possibilities of high-performance power solutions in industrial applications, telecom infrastructures, cloud computing, automotive, and consumer applications.

Who We Look For MPS is seeking a highly self-motivated intern with passion for hardware and good knowledge power electronic. He will support the validation of our new integrated circuits (IC) for high voltage applications (including DC/DC, current sensors, isolated driver) working inside our hardware department.

Tasks

• Design simulated and validated power electronics circuits to meet the required specifications.
• Prepare hardware and software setups, together with our hardware & simulation team, to be able to measure all required parameters of our IC.
• Develop schematic and PCB to for new solutions.
• Develop device modeling (spice)
• Work with IC design team to debug and troubleshoot the device under test.
• Generate documentation and reports with all performed test.

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering; Subjects related to power electronics and control are desired.
• Hands-on experience in verification and troubleshooting electronic circuits (firmware and hardware).
• Experience in the use of electronic laboratory equipment including oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Good oral and written skills for communication and documentation
• Self-motivated, strong team player
