APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Location: Vertis North Corporate Center, QC, Ph.

Position Summary:

The Applications Engineer provides technical support, design expertise, and project solutions for B-Line products, including cable tray, bolted framing, and seismic support systems. The role partners with customers, sales teams, and engineering stakeholders to deliver accurate, cost-effective, and project-specific solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 2D/3D designs, drawings, layouts, and project documentation.
• Design MEPF support systems and prepare material take-offs (BOMs).
• Provide technical support, design reviews, and engineering recommendations.
• Support sales activities through project estimates and quotations.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and resolve technical issues while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3+) years of experience in a design engineering environment.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and other 3D modeling software.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other 2D drafting software.
• Experience with Revit and other BIM software is an advantage.
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is an advantage.
• Experience in MEPF system design/layout and non-structural component support design.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical equipment support design.
• Knowledge of manufacturing documentation requirements for Oil & Gas, Power, Mining, and other heavy industrial projects, including submittal drawings, production drawings, test reports, and certifications.

Pay: Php38,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
