What they need
Build and improve AI-powered features through measured experiments with prompts, retrieval and tool use.
What you'll do:
Implement AI features and focused experiments against recorded baselines.
Improve prompts, retrieval and tool connections while enforcing permission boundaries.
Analyze failures and compare changes on unseen examples.
Document tested results, regressions and limits before wider rollout.
Skills we're looking for:
Applied LLM/agent engineering, experiment design, retrieval/tool integration, error analysis and coding skills backed by measured results.
Employment: Full-time.
Work arrangement: Hybrid, with 1-2 days per week in person in Paramus, New Jersey.
Salary: $84,000-$190,000 per year.
