About the Role

We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer to build and improve AI systems, LLM applications, and agent-based workflows for our products.

Responsibilities

• Build AI models, LLM applications, and agent-based systems.
• Develop RAG, retrieval, orchestration, and evaluation pipelines.
• Build AI APIs, services, and lightweight applications.
• Work with product, backend, frontend, and security teams.
• Test, evaluate, and improve AI model performance.
• Research and experiment with new AI tools and frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong Python skills.
• Good understanding of ML, LLMs, and transformer architectures.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with LangChain or similar AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of RAG and vector databases.
• Familiarity with LLMOps, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Antigravity, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, or Ollama.
• LangGraph or agent orchestration frameworks.
• Pinecone or similar vector databases.
• React or Next.js.
• Multimodal AI / VLM experience.
• Open-source or research experience.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
