This position will support the coordination and scheduling of appointments for our construction projects, ensuring efficient communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule appointments for construction projects
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and project timelines
• Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
• Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and challenges
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure the timely completion of appointments
• Keep abreast of project updates and changes to adjust schedules accordingly
• Attend virtual meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications:

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
