Appointment Coordinator

• Serves as first point of contact for patients and referring providers by delivering excellent customer service that aligns with the values and standards of Duke Medicine Performs multiple and complex responsibilities to schedule timely appointments for patients with Duke Medicine providers This position directly reports to the Duke Medicine Service Access Manager Promote and activate patients into Duke MyChart Follows instruction from BDC Manager Interacts effectively with co-workers as a team Understands and follows work rules and procedures and meets quota guidelines set Reports to BDC Manager any issues with team mates, advisors or managers that are interfering with performance Operates a multi-line phone system Answers all incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner, addressing inquiries or scheduling appointments or transferring them to the appropriate person or department quickly, or operating the dealership paging system to call individuals to the phone

Pay: ₹18,455.00 - ₹28,755.00 per month
