Appointment Scheduler

Are you friendly on the phone, quick with a computer and naturally good at keeping plans organized? We are looking for an Appointment Scheduler who can create a positive first impression while helping customers find appointment times that work.

Training is provided, so direct scheduling experience is not required. This is a strong opportunity for someone coming from customer service, retail, hospitality, reception or another people-focused role.

A typical day will include:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to appointment requests
• Scheduling, rescheduling and canceling appointments
• Confirming customer details and entering information accurately
• Sending appointment reminders and completing follow-ups
• Keeping calendars updated and communicating changes
• Directing questions to the appropriate team member
• Maintaining clear notes and confidential records

The right Appointment Scheduler will be approachable, patient and comfortable managing several requests without losing attention to detail. You should communicate clearly, stay organized during busy periods and feel confident learning new scheduling software.

Bilingual English and Spanish communication is helpful for supporting McAllen customers, but it is not required.
