Appointment Setter

The Appointment Setter is the energetic first point of contact for warm, inbound-generated franchise enquiries. This role is high-touch and high-volume by design: the person in this seat builds quick rapport, qualifies genuine interest, and secures booked appointments for the Sales Agent to run. Success in this role depends on energy, consistency, and an ability to keep a warm lead warm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Place outbound calls and follow-up contacts (phone, SMS, email) to warm leads generated through Jim's Cleaning Group marketing, website enquiries, and franchise portals.
• Engage prospects with an energetic, friendly, and professional manner that reflects the Jim's Cleaning Group brand.
• Qualify prospect interest, timeline, and fit against basic franchise criteria before booking.
• Schedule qualified appointments directly into the Sales Agent's calendar and confirm attendance ahead of each booking.
• Re-engage no-shows, cold responses, and stalled leads through structured follow-up cadences.
• Maintain accurate, real-time records of all contact attempts, outcomes, and appointment statuses in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
• Work side by side with the Sales Agent to ensure a smooth, well-briefed handover for every booked appointment.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; clear, confident phone presence.
• High energy, resilient, and comfortable with a high volume of outbound contact and rejection.
• Goal-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated with strong follow-through.
• Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound lead qualification preferred.
• Comfortable working with CRM and calendar scheduling tools.
• Mature, reliable, and able to represent an Australian franchise brand professionally.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

Location: Office-based, BVS-OPC Cebu City (side by side with the Sales Agent)

Engagement: Full-time

Team: Franchise Sales Team, Jim's Cleaning Group

Reports to: Jim's Cleaning Group Franchise Sales Lead (AU), with BVS-OPC operational oversight

Works closely with: Sales Agent (direct handover partner)
