Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential leads, identifying their needs, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales or service team.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently engage with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through phone calls, text messages, email, or other communication channels.
• Introduce the company, products, and/or services in a professional and engaging manner.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria.
• Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments as needed.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the database.
• Follow up with leads who have not yet scheduled an appointment.
• Meet daily and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Handle customer questions professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Maintain a positive and professional experience.
• Provide regular reports on calls, leads, appointments, and results.

⦁ Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, admissions, or enrollment is a plus.

Pay: Php13,500.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
