About the role

We're looking for confident, energetic Appointment Setters to join our NEW Customer Contact Centre in Carnegie, conveniently located right next to Carnegie Station. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves hitting targets and wants to be part of a fun, fast-paced team where performance is recognised and rewarded.

Key responsibilities

• Contacting new and existing clients by phone
• Building rapport and having genuine conversations
• Booking qualified appointments for our team
• Following up leads and maintaining accurate client records
• Working towards daily and weekly KPIs
• Contributing to a positive, competitive and high-energy team environment

• Confident, friendly and professional
• Energetic with plenty of personality
• Comfortable speaking with a wide range of people

• Must be fluent in English
• Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, charities, fundraising, solar, telecommunications, lead generation will be highly regarded but it is not necessary
