NOW HIRING – ROOFING APPOINTMENT SETTERS

We are currently hiring experienced Cold Callers / Roofing Appointment Setters to join our team.

Position: Roofing Appointment Setter
Pay: Bi-Weekly
Compensation: Performance-Based Pay + Commission

This is a performance-based position, meaning your earning potential increases based on the number of qualified appointments you book.

Your compensation includes:

• Base Pay – Your base pay rate can increase depending on your appointment performance.
• Appointment Commission – Earn additional commission for the appointments you successfully book.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous cold calling experience is required.
• Previous roofing appointment-setting experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance.
• Reliable and able to work independently.

PLEASE NOTE:

This position is not suitable for beginners. Applicants must have previous cold-calling or appointment-setting experience, preferably within the roofing industry.
