Appointment Setter

Location: On-Site – Bali | Full-time

We are looking for a confident and communicative Appointment Setter to join our team in Bali.

You will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs, providing initial information, and arranging appointments for our Sales Team.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential customers.
• Respond to enquiries from leads generated through our marketing channels.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
• Qualify enquiries based on our guidelines.
• Schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, sales, or lead generation is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills are essential, both spoken and written.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers by phone.
• Good communication and active listening skills.
• Organised and consistent with follow-ups.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic digital tools.
• Based in Bali and available to work full-time on-site.
