Appointment Setter | Remote | Performance Pay for Hunters

We are hiring appointment setters who love the chase.

Our clients are financially successful women ready to transform their love lives. Your job is to reach them fast, qualify them carefully, and book them with our enrollment closers.

What you’ll do:

• Reply to new leads within 5 minutes.
• Work our database of approximately 120,000 contacts to reconnect with women who showed
• interest.
• Qualify every prospect against our criteria and book her on a closer’s calendar.
• Confirm every appointment so she shows up.
• Book at least 5 qualified calls a day (25 a week).
• You must have.
• Experience as an appointment setter, SDR or inside sales rep, ideally in high-ticket coaching or
• services.
• Speed, grit and comfort making many calls and texts every day.
• Warm, polished communication. Our clients are accomplished women who expect excellence.
• Disciplined CRM habits and a love of daily coaching.

How you’ll be paid:

• We pay for results, not seat time. $30 for every qualified call that shows, plus $100 for every client
• you set who enrolls.
• Weekly performance pay: $500 a week when you book 25+ qualified calls with a 60%+ show rate,
• and $750 a week at 35 or more.
• Training pay: $500 a week for your first 2 weeks while you learn our process.
• At 25 bookings a week, setters typically earn about $6,600 a month, and more as volume grows.
• Growth path: top setters can move into closing.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
