We're looking for a driven and confident Appointment Setter to join our growing financial services and wealth creation business in Broadbeach.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves talking to people, thrives on results and wants real earning potential without giving up work-life balance. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, booking quality appointments for our sales team in a supportive, energetic environment.

🔹 What You'll Be Doing:

• Make outbound calls to warm and qualified leads
• Introduce our services and book appointments for our sales team
• Build rapport quickly and professionally over the phone
• Keep accurate call notes and records in our CRM
• Follow up with leads to maximise bookings and show-up rates
• Work towards weekly appointment targets
• Be a positive, reliable part of a close-knit team

🔹 What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in appointment setting, phone sales or outbound calling (desirable, but we'll train the right person)
• Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
• Drive, resilience and a results-focused mindset
• Ability to handle objections and keep a positive attitude
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Coachable, motivated and keen to earn what you're worth
