Rozi Academy is hiring an Appointment Setter to join our team on a remote basis, working US timings (Pakistan shift of 5 PM to 2 AM).

Main responsibilities:

• Book qualified meetings and appointments for our team using calls, SMS, email, and social media platforms.
• Reach out to new leads and turn conversations into confirmed appointments.
• Follow up consistently with leads to improve show up rates.
• Qualify prospects with the right questions before scheduling a meeting.
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations clear and persuasive.

Requirements:

• Strong spoken and written English
• Comfortable working the US time zone shift (5 PM to 2 AM PKT)
• Prior experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or outbound sales is preferred
