Appointment Setter

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and build lists of target businesses within a client's assigned demographic area and service

radius.

Run outbound cold calls using a dialer platform (RingCentral) and outbound cold email campaigns.

Represent the client professionally, identifying businesses that need the service or are unhappy with

their current vendor.

Reach the correct decision maker by targeting the viable job titles required to qualify a meeting.

Run through qualifying questions to confirm the prospect meets client criteria before booking.

Reach out to each industry within the designated calling windows provided for that vertical.

Schedule appointments by checking the client's live availability and suggesting suitable slots to the

prospect.

Create and send calendar invites once a meeting is confirmed, including title, agenda, purpose,

attendees, date and time.

Add both the client and the prospect to the invite so the meeting is marked on both parties' calendars.

Maintain call quality standards, as all calls are recorded and monitored by the Quality Control team.

Requirements

Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Comfort with high volume outbound calling and email outreach.

Ability to hold a qualifying conversation and handle objections professionally.

Organized approach to scheduling and calendar management.

Availability for the night shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday to Friday).

Around 1 year of B2B lead generation, appointment setting, cold calling, or SDR experience is

preferred.

Experience with dialer software such as RingCentral is a plus.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
