Appointment Setter

Work from home. Monday to Friday. No weekends.

The Intro is a remote outbound team running a proven insurance campaign for one of New Zealand’s leading personal risk brokerages. We’re a small, tight team with daily support, clear processes, and real earning potential on top of a solid base. You’re not guessing - you’re executing.

The role

You’ll be making outbound calls to prospective customers, starting genuine conversations, and qualifying whether they’d be open to a free quote or review of their existing insurance policy. You’re not selling policies. Your role is to identify interest, ask the right questions, and pass qualified opportunities through to an adviser.

This isn’t high-pressure closing - but you need to be comfortable speaking to strangers all day and handling rejection.

What you’ll earn

• $65,000 base annual salary, paid weekly

• Uncapped commission and performance bonuses on top, paid monthly

• OTE $75,000–$80,000

What the setup looks like

• Fully remote, anywhere in New Zealand

• Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm

• Full onboarding and training before your first call

• Daily video team meetings and ongoing coaching

• Equipment provided

• Full-time preferred. Minimum 30 hours considered for the right candidate

• Commencement Date: 2 November 2026

What we need from you

• Phone-based sales experience preferred - appointment setting, telesales, or outbound lead generation

• Confident speaking to strangers - you don’t hesitate picking up the phone

• Self-managed - you don’t need chasing to get your work done

• Comfortable with basic technology - if a laptop arrives at your door, you can set it up and get online without needing help

• Quiet home workspace and reliable internet

• Valid NZ working rights - backpackers welcome to apply
