Duties

• Reach out to prospective clients via outbound calls using professional phone etiquette to introduce our services and generate interest
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in our data management system
• Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, including call notes, client preferences, and scheduling updates using Microsoft Office tools and other software
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, fostering positive client relationships
• Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and enhance overall appointment setting efficiency
• Analyze call data and client feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased engagement

Experience

• Previous experience in customer support, or call center roles is highly preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases
• Proven ability to handle outbound calling with confidence and professionalism
• Familiarity with data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and basic computer skills necessary for accurate record-keeping
• Experience in client services or customer support roles that require active listening and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of call center operations, phone etiquette, and analysis skills to optimize outreach efforts
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

• Paid training included
• The bonus structure we have in place allows phone reps to make well above their hourly compensation
• Phone reps are paid out weekly
