Duties

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using professional phone etiquette to introduce our services and generate interest
• Engage with clients in multiple languages, including English and bilingual options, to accommodate diverse customer needs
• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information through effective communication and data entry into our CRM system
• Schedule appointments accurately, ensuring all client details are recorded with precision using Microsoft Office tools or dedicated software
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries, solving problems promptly, and maintaining positive client relationships
• Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and ensure high attendance rates
• Maintain organized records of all calls, appointments, and client interactions to support ongoing outreach efforts

Experience

• Previous call center experience or customer service roles demonstrating strong phone communication skills
• Proven ability to handle outbound calling campaigns efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for data entry and communication tasks
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling and record keeping
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Technical proficiency with computer systems, CRM platforms, and data management tools is preferred
