Appointment Setter

We’re looking for a friendly, organized Appointment Setter to contact homeowners and schedule appointments for our water treatment team. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, follows up consistently, and creates a positive first impression.

Responsibilities

• Contact new leads and follow up with homeowners by phone and text.
• Ask questions to understand the homeowner’s needs and confirm whether an appointment is a good fit.
• Explain what to expect during a home water test and answer basic questions.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using the company calendar.
• Make sure all required decision-makers can be present.
• Record accurate contact details, appointment information, and notes in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team about scheduled appointments and customer needs.
• Reschedule appointments when needed and maintain a professional, helpful tone.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional when speaking with homeowners.
• Dependable, organized, and consistent with follow-up.
• Comfortable making calls, sending texts, and using a computer.
• Able to listen, ask questions, and handle basic customer concerns.
• Customer service, appointment-setting, or sales experience is helpful.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Training will be provided on the company’s services, appointment process, and software.
