About the Role

Inland Home Remedies is seeking Appointment Setters to support our recent expansion into the Inland Empire (IE). This role is focused on connecting with local residents, scheduling qualified appointments, and helping ensure the right conversations happen at the right time.

Success looks like representing Inland Home Remedies professionally, following a self-managed schedule, and consistently setting appointments that move forward. Experience isn’t required, but it’s a huge plus—training is available for the right fit.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach using door-to-door canvassing methods while maintaining a respectful, professional approach.
• Schedule and set appointments based on established guidelines and lead criteria.
• Represent Inland Home Remedies clearly and accurately during in-person conversations.
• Identify interested prospects and capture relevant details for follow-up.
• Follow assigned territories and manage your own schedule to meet daily goals.
• Maintain consistent communication and reliable reporting on outreach activity.
• Participate in provided training to build product and appointment-setting knowledge.
• Ensure all interactions align with company standards and local expectations.
• Work independently while meeting performance targets for appointment volume and quality.
• Support same-day interview availability by arriving prepared and ready to learn.

Requirements

• Ability to work as an Appointment Setter in Riverside, CA and surrounding areas.
• Comfortable with in-person outreach methods (canvassing, door knocking).
• Experience is not required; prior experience as a canvasser, appointment setter, or door knocker is a plus.
• Reliable self-management and the ability to work your own schedule.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional presence.
• Ability to handle rejection respectfully and stay motivated.
• Basic familiarity with using a phone or mobile device to track and manage outreach activity.
• Commitment to punctuality, consistency, and meeting appointment-setting goals.
