Appointment Setter

Acorn Stairlifts is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing Inside Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while making a meaningful difference in customers' lives.

As an Appointment Setter, you will connect with prospective customers who have expressed interest in our products and services, helping them take the first step toward maintaining safety, mobility, and independence in their homes.

What You'll Do

Customer Engagement & Appointment Setting

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss mobility solutions and determine their needs.
• Schedule appointments for Field Surveyors using warm leads generated through company marketing efforts. No cold calling required.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain accurate customer records, contact information, and detailed conversation notes within company systems.
• Follow up with customers as needed to confirm appointments and provide exceptional service throughout the scheduling process.

Team Performance & Business Growth

• Contribute toward individual and team performance goals through high-quality customer interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to support personal growth and company success.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service, appointment setting, inside sales, call center, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable using web-based applications, Microsoft Outlook, and other computer systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to help customers find solutions.
