• Make outbound calls to potential clients using a provided script
• Qualify leads based on set criteria
• Schedule appointments and conduct follow-ups as needed
• Maintain accurate call logs and outcomes in the CRM
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets

✅ Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year call center experience (preferred but not required for fast learners)
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident phone presence with active listening skills
• Goal-driven, positive, and a team player
• Willing to work onsite during the night shift
