Appointment Setter

We're hiring a confident, resilient Appointment Setter to join our growing team!

You'll make outbound calls to homeowners with existing solar systems to schedule free system check-ups for our field representatives. No selling or closing required—just great communication, solid objection handling, and consistent appointment setting.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of outbound calling, telesales, or appointment-setting experience
• Fluent English and strong communication skills
• Confident with scripts and handling objections
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and resilient
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality USB headset

Performance Targets

• 50–60 calls per hour
• 8–12 qualified appointments daily
