Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualify leads based on company criteria.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified prospects.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
