Appointment Setter — US Campaign

The Role
As an Appointment Setter, you'll make outbound calls to US prospects, spark interest in our services, and book qualified appointments for our sales team to close.

Responsibilities

• Outbound cold calling to US leads
• Deliver a clear, confident pitch on our services
• Qualify prospects and set appointments on the sales calendar
• Follow up on warm leads and re-engage no-shows
• Log call outcomes and lead status accurately in CRM
• Meet daily/weekly appointment-setting targets

Requirements

• Strong spoken English, neutral accent preferred
• Confident cold caller, comfortable handling objections and gatekeepers
• Target-driven, consistent, and coachable
• Prior appointment-setting/telesales experience a plus, not required
• Available for night shift (US hours)
