About the Role

Tech BPO is seeking a motivated and confident Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience engaging prospects over the phone, and the ability to schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of experience in Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, or Telemarketing

. Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)

. Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities

. Ability to handle objections professionally and confidently

. Experience with CRM systems is a plus

. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

. Ability to work onsite during night shift hours

Key Responsibilities:

. Make outbound calls to prospective clients

. Generate leads and qualify potential prospects

. Schedule appointments for the sales team

. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments

. Follow up with leads and nurture potential opportunities

. Meet daily and weekly performance targets
