Job Summary
Texas Footwork is hiring a part-time, paid Appointment Setter (Front Desk) to be the first voice families and athletes hear when they reach out.
Founded in 2016 and based at 1810 Treble Dr in Humble, TX, Texas Footwork trains athletes from age 5 to adult in speed, strength, agility, and fitness. You'll answer calls and messages, follow up with leads, and book assessments and sessions so our coaches stay on the floor. Every new member you help close earns a sales bonus.
Duties
What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls, texts, DMs, and website inquiries quickly, professionally, and with energy.
- Make outbound warm calls to new leads, past members, and families who attended events or assessments.
- Book new-athlete assessments, private sessions, group classes, and team sessions in our scheduling system (Mindbody, GoHighLevel, or Vagaro).
- Learn each client's goals and sport, then match them to the right program: Standard, Unlimited, Sibling Group, or private session packs.
- Confirm appointments by call or text the day before and follow up on no-shows to rebook.
- Keep every contact record, note, and lead status current in the CRM.
- Hand off qualified leads to coaches and the owner with clear notes; flag schedule conflicts right away.
- Greet athletes and parents at the front desk, check them in, and keep the lobby welcoming.
- Promote current offers, events, and referral incentives during calls.
- Track daily calls, bookings, shows, and sign-ups, and share a short weekly report.
Experience
- 1+ year in inside sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, front desk, or customer service.
- Comfort making outbound calls and turning a conversation into a booked appointment.
- Experience with a CRM or booking system (Mindbody, GoHighLevel, Vagaro, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong spoken and written English; able to build rapport quickly by phone and text.
- Organized enough to juggle calls, walk-ins, and scheduling without dropping details.
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine interest in youth sports and fitness.
