Appointment Setter - Permanent Work From Home

We’re looking for a confident and results-driven Appointment Setter who can turn conversations with leads into qualified appointments.

**Responsibilities**

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospects
• Respond quickly to new leads
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments
• Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
• Handle objections and communicate value propositions
• Update CRM records after every interaction
• Manage appointment calendars
• Prepare regular performance reports

**Requirements**

• 1+ year of appointment-setting experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable making phone calls and following scripts
• Strong listening and customer service skills
• Results-driven and goal-oriented
