Appointment Setter and Receptionist

We are hiring an Appointment Setter and Receptionist for our Merrillville office. This role supports our sales team by speaking with prospective customers, scheduling appointments, and welcoming visitors.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet visitors professionally.
• Contact prospective customers to schedule product demonstrations.
• Confirm appointments and update the team’s schedule.
• Record customer information accurately and follow up as needed.
• Help with general office tasks.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable speaking with people by phone. Customer service or scheduling experience is helpful. Training is provided.
