Appointment Setter (Social DM Setter)

ABOUT THE ROLE

You own the first conversation. Every call our closers take starts with you.

You reply to inbound DMs and comments on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. You start outbound conversations with warm followers. You qualify each lead against clear criteria and book the right people onto a closer's calendar.

You report to the Sales Manager. You work hand in hand with the closers and the Social Media team, whose content fills your inbox.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reply to every inbound DM and comment within 5 minutes during your shift [confirm].
• Start outbound conversations with engaged followers using approved scripts.
• Qualify every lead on budget, need and timing before booking.
• Book qualified leads onto closers' calendars in GoHighLevel.
• Confirm every booked call and follow up on no-shows.
• Log every conversation and outcome in the CRM the same day.
• Share objections and patterns with the closers and marketing team every week.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have:

• 6+ months of appointment setting, DM setting or inbound sales experience.
• Strong written English. You sound human, not scripted.
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn DMs.
• Comfortable with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM, and Google Sheets.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with ManyChat or DM automation tools.
• Experience setting for coaching, info products or high-ticket offers.
• Comfort using AI tools to draft replies and research leads, with your own human edit.

RESULTS (WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE)

• Every inbound lead answered within 5 minutes [confirm].
• Qualified calls booked per day [confirm].
• Show rate of booked calls [confirm].
• Every conversation logged in the CRM the same day.
• Booked calls that closers rate as qualified [confirm].

WORK SETUP & SCHEDULE

• Fully remote.
• 6:00 AM–2:00 PM EST (6:00 PM–2:00 AM PHT), Monday to Friday
• High-volume, fast-paced seat. Expect to be in the inbox for your whole shift.
• Tools: GoHighLevel, Slack, Monday.com, Google Sheets, ManyChat.
