What they need
About the role
This is a calling role. Your primary responsibility is to call inbound leads and book qualified appointments. Every lead has already expressed interest through our Meta Ads. Your job is to contact them immediately, build rapport, understand their needs, handle objections, and successfully schedule an appointment.
Key responsibilities
- Call every new inbound lead immediately (target: within 1 minute during working hours)
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospects
- Understand the prospect's property goals and needs
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Successfully book qualified appointments
- Follow up with leads who don't answer or aren't ready to book yet
- Confirm appointments and minimise no-shows
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly appointment targets
About you
- Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, telesales, or phone sales
- Excellent spoken English
- Confident and persuasive over the phone
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated by incentives
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
