Appointment Setter – U.S. Outbound Calling

Appointment Setter – Warm Lead Follow-Up | U.S. Market

We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / Lead Follow-Up Specialist to join our team and contact warm leads generated through our Meta advertising campaigns.

These are not cold calls. The people you will contact have already interacted with our ads or started the lead-generation process but did not complete the form.

What you'll do:

• Call warm leads generated through our Meta campaigns
• Re-engage leads who started but did not complete the lead form
• Have friendly, professional conversations with prospects
• Understand their needs and determine whether they are qualified
• Handle questions and objections
• Book qualified prospects directly onto our sales team's calendar
• Follow up with leads who don't answer or aren't ready initially
• Keep accurate notes and update lead status in our CRM

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in appointment setting, lead follow-up, inside sales, or phone-based sales
• Experience calling U.S.-based leads/customers
• Clear, professional spoken English with a natural U.S. accent
• Excellent conversational and listening skills
• Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations
• Able to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups
• CRM experience is a plus

You do NOT need to be an aggressive cold caller. We are looking for someone who is good at having natural conversations with warm leads and turning those conversations into qualified appointments.
