About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Appointment Setters to join our outbound sales team at Compliance PH Inc. This is a full-time position based in Bohol, Central Visayas. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales pipeline by identifying potential clients, conducting outbound calls, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. Your success will directly contribute to the growth and revenue targets of our organisation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales and communication skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Making outbound calls to prospective clients to identify sales opportunities and qualify leads
2. Presenting company services and products in a clear, persuasive and professional manner
3. Scheduling and confirming appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team
4. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all calls, interactions and appointments in the customer management system
5. Meeting and exceeding daily appointment-setting targets and sales metrics
6. Following up with prospects via phone or email to nurture leads and encourage appointment confirmations
7. Providing feedback to the sales team regarding prospect needs and market trends
8. Collaborating with team members to share best practices and strategies for improving conversion rates
9. Adhering to company compliance policies and call centre procedures at all times

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting roles
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
3. Strong listening skills and the ability to identify client needs and objections
4. Demonstrated ability to work to targets and deliver results under pressure
5. Proficiency with CRM software and customer management systems
6. High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively
7. Organisational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple leads and follow-ups
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
9. Professional telephone manner and presentation skills
10. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and processes
11. A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for sales and customer engagement
