OUTBOUND APPOINTMENT SETTING – Financial Services

As an Outbound Sales Professional, your role is to:

• Achieve booking targets with qualified leads
• Accurately enter booking details into our systems and calendars
• Keep accurate recordings of all call activities in the relevant system
• Manage your pipeline of leads through to a successful outcome

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in a phone-based marketing, sales, or fundraising roles
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Results-driven, with the ability to persevere and push past the no' to achieve the end goal
• An energetic phone manner, someone who is able to quickly build rapport
• Work positively and supportively with the team.

Tech requirements:

No Telephone Needed. Have your own computer with a reliable internet connection USB headset with microphone Windows operating system with Windows 10 or above A dedicated home office space away from distractions.

On Offer:

• Fully remote role working from home, including regular catchups with the Auckland team
• Excellent training, including live support and regular coaching
• $25 – 30 per hour, with an immediate start available
