Compensation:

$20 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule appointments face to face with clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to confirm and manage appointment details.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow-up actions in our system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align appointment scheduling with business goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts promptly.
