Position: APPRAISER

• Conducts inspection and appraisal of real estate, personal properties, and other collateral offered to the Bank.
• Determines fair market and appraised values using approved valuation standards and methodologies.
• Prepares appraisal reports, inspection reports, sketches, photographs, and collateral documentation.
• Verifies ownership, condition, location, and authenticity of collateral and supporting property documents.
• Coordinates with borrowers, branches, and government agencies regarding appraisal and collateral requirements.
• Prepares mortgage-related documents for approved loan applications.
• Monitors valuation records and inventory of acquired assets and foreclosed properties of the Bank.
• Maintains appraisal records, collateral files, and related documentation.
• Performs such other duties and functions as may be assigned by Management or the President.
