Job Title: Apprentice AI-Driven Design & Social Media

Location: Head Office - Andheri

Stipend: 20,000 to 25,000

Duration: 12 Months

Role Objective:

To support the marketing team in AI-led creative production and social media

execution, leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and AI video platforms to create

high-quality, scalable content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI-Driven Creative Production

Create marketing creatives using Canva and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

Develop AI-generated videos (Reels, Shorts) using tools like VEO3 or similar

platforms

Use AI for ideation, copy generation, and creative variations at scale

Ensure brand consistency across all outputs

2. Social Media Execution

Assist in publishing and managing content on Instagram, YouTube & Facebook

Write captions, hooks, and hashtags using AI-assisted workflows

Repurpose content into multiple formats using AI tools

3. Content & Performance Tracking

Track basic metrics (views, engagement, follower growth)

Use AI tools to analyze content performance and suggest improvements

Help execute social media strategy & share inputs for improving the metrics like

followers, engagement etc. based on the analysis

Stay updated with latest trends in AI content creation and social media formats

Skills & Requirements:

Working knowledge of Canva and basic design principles

Hands-on exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and AI video tools (e.g., VEO3

or similar)

Understanding of Instagram & YouTube content formats (Reels, Shorts, thumbnails)

Basic content writing skills (English; regional language is a plus)

Strong interest in AI-led marketing and content creation

Eligibility

02 years experience

Graduate / Diploma (Marketing, Mass Media, Design preferred)

Key Traits:

Execution-focused with high output orientation

Curious and experimental with AI tools

Attention to detail in creatives and content
