What You'll Do:

• Master the art of ground operation, tree climbing and aerial rescue techniques

• Operate chainsaws with precision and safety

• Operate Avant loader on job sites

• Run wood chippers efficiently

• Learn the intricacies of tree biology and care procedures

• Assist in tree pruning, trimming, and removal operations

• Contribute to plant health care solutions

• Drive and operate specialized equipment, including articulated, loaders, stump, grinders, or other tree care related equipment.

What We're Looking For:

• 1 year experience with chainsaws.

• Able to Drive and tow a trailer

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Experience using heavy equipment such as Avant loaders

• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• A keen interest in arboriculture and willingness to learn

• Basic understanding of tree care procedures (we'll teach you the rest!)

• Safety-conscious mindset

• Team player attitude with excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
